WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are made to order and will ship 1 - 2 weeks after placing your order. Custom items such as embroidered totes will require an additional week of handling time. Please allow a total of 2 - 4 weeks to receive your order.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW ITEMS?
Most items are made with 100% cotton fabric and batting, unless otherwise specified. Reinforced items with have a polyester or acrylic stabilizer or interfacing and handbags, pouches, keychains, etc. will have metal zippers and findings. In general, spot cleaning with warm water and mild soap is best for accessories. For trivets, bowl cozies, and napkins, you may machine wash on gentle with like colors in cold water. Tumble dry low and iron using the cotton setting with low steam.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final, therefore returns are not accepted. Due to the handmade nature of the items, exact sizes and dimensions will vary slightly. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. If you would like to cancel an order however, you may do so within 24 hours of the order being placed.
