Returns and Cancellations
All sales are final, therefore returns are not accepted. Due to the handmade nature of the items, exact sizes and dimensions will vary slightly. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. If you would like to cancel an order however, you may do so within 24 hours of the order being placed. We of course want you to be as happy with your purchase as we are, so if you have any questions or concerns please contact us!

Privacy and Data Retention
To fulfil your order, you must provide certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, and payment information. You may also choose to provide additional personal information, such as names for embroidered customization. The information you provide will only be used as needed to provide requested services, and when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law. Your information will not be shared with third party service providers other than certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. Finally, your personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide you with services and as described in the Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements.

Shipping and Handling
All items are made to order and will ship 1 - 2 weeks after placing your order. Custom items such as embroidered totes will require an additional week of handling time. All items will be sent via USPS (unless otherwise specified), so please allow 2 - 4 weeks to receive your order.

Any product giveaways hosted on social media are in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering the giveaway, entrants confirm that they are at least 13+ years of age, release the respective social media platform of all responsibility, and agree to the platform's terms of use. Cece Bradshaw giveaways are open to residents of the contiguous United States only.
